In carrying out its mandates, CTTL understands that clients require a Travel and Tours Agency that is committed and prepared to offer a full range of travel and related services that involves Air Ticketing, Car Hire, Tours, Airport and Road Transfers, Hotel Accommodation, Visa Processing, Travel Insurance and overall Advice on above aspects.

We also understand that these Services shall be delivered at a minimum cost and convenience hence offering a great value for money for the benefit of our clients.

In line with the above, CTTL will provide the most direct and economical quality Itineraries for all travel requirements. All Tickets issued will be due for refund minus any cancellation fee charged by the airline.

We shall issue tickets that are free from restrictions unless otherwise imposed by the airline.

When generating a quote, CTTL shall provide at least two or more route itineraries with respect to the destination and the origin of the traveller, within the given budget constraints.

In case of refunds we shall ensure these are expedited on behalf of our clients at the shortest time possible working with the airlines or service providers involved.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REGULATIONS

As our valued customer, we shall give informed advice on both local and international regulations pertaining to your travel on matters pertaining, Visa requirement, Health, Passport, updates on any natural phenomena that may affect your travel e.g. eruptions, travel ban etc. for all travellers including visitors to your company from within and internationally.

If allowed by embassy, we can also process visas on your behalf for the various embassies available and for your incoming visitors.

 

MEETINGS, INCENTIVE TRAVEL, CONFERENCES AND CONVENTIONS INCLUDING TRAVEL INSURANCE

We also arrange Meetings, company incentive travel (reward travel), conferences, conventions and travel insurance for our desiring clients at the best possible rates and professionalism. We will always be available to you for this services when needed.

 

24 HOUR SERVICE

Because of this factor, CTTL has in place a system where most of our senior staff maintain laptops at home to attend to any emergency needs that may come up for example emergency bookings, cancellations, and delays. This after office hours’ facility is available at no extra cost.

FLEET MANAGEMENT

We currently have Four 33 seater buses and Twenty saloon cars. Vehicles are maintained and repaired at reputable service centers at scheduled intervals.

For the safety of our clients and vehicles our vehicles are comprehensively insured and fitted with car tracking systems.

DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS

We are in the process of locating our vehicles at major shopping centers and office complexes as need may be. Currently we are operating from Mombasa Road – Parkside Towers and from our officesalong Mombasa Road, Allimex Plaza, 5th floor, Suite 502, Next to Ole-Sereni hotel.

OPERATING & RESPONSE TIME

Our operations are on 24hrs a day basis, everyday including weekends and public holidays. Cell Tours & Travel Limited is always at your service around the clock

Our response time is between5 to 10 Minutes

WAITING TIME

Our company gives you thirty minutes free waiting time, any extra minute is charged @ Kshs 5 (Kshs 300 per Hour).

MODE OF PAYMENT

We give a credit period of 30 days for corporate clients after which they pay us via EFT or RTGS into our Bank account. Individual customers can pay cash or via M-Pesa.
